The best fresh OJ maker
We like this citrus juicer by OrangeX because it’s old school, because it’s industrial strength (our previous one broke), because it looks great and because there is nothing better than fresh orange juice. The Jupiter is large enough for grapefruits, but will handle small limes and lemons if you want to make one of our favorites: hand-squeezed blood orange margaritas. How?
- Juice 2 limes, 1 lemon and 1 blood orange, pour into shaker.
- Add a spoonful of sugar and fill the shaker with ice.
- Add a shot of tequila and your juices.
- Shake it baby, shake it.
- Serve in martini glass with salted rim and a slice of lime scored down the middle so you can slide it on the glass.
- Enjoy.
