Let’s face it, these little wine racks are really more for showing off than they are for actually storingĀ wine. OK, so we remember reading somewhere (though conveniently can’t recall where) that the average amount of time from store to mouth for wine in the U.S. is something like 30 minutes…basically as long as it takes to get the swill from the store back home.
So, we don’t have large cellars. But we like to have a few bottles around sometimes. This little sucker is perfect – it conveniently folds away when we aren’t “in the red” as it were, then unfolds to look kind of omni-industrial when we are flush.
