It's hard to believe that I'm writing a review of corn tortilla chips. BUT, these Cabo Chips are awesome. Why? Because they have a great crispy texture and aren't just salted, but are coated with a mixture of sea salt, lemon juice and soy sauce, which gives them their delicious umami flavor with a hint of sour.
